Welcome all to Introduction to Physical Analytical Chemistry ! In this course, we will explore the fundamental principles and concepts of Spectroscopy- an analytical technique that is used for the structural elucidation of organic molecules. Physical Analytical Chemistry is a fascinating field that combines aspects of Mathematics, Physics and Chemistry. The study enables us to determine the chemical structures of simple organic molecules. However, its application can also be extended to biomolecules, such as proteins, carbohydrates, lipids, and nucleic acids
